Review On flapJacked Protien Smoothie

Hi Guys!

Thanks for stopping by and checking out this review on the flapJacked Protien Smoothie with greek yogurt. I ended up picking out the vanilla bean flavor because I never really go for this flavor, they also had a chocolate flavor, but i really wanted to try vanilla so here we go.


I finished off with a good 45 min yoga/arm workout so I was pretty hungry after it. Once I made my smoothie I sat down to relax and enjoy my meal. 1st impression is that the texture and consistancy was pretty good not to thick but not to watery. The taste was amazing as well you can deff taste the vanilla bean and it enhances the banana that I add to it. YUM!

As for fullness after consuming the smoothie I feel pretty full. Its been about 3 hours now since having it and no hunger and my energy levels are pretty good! That’s a plus in my book.

I’m not a dairy person, I like to try and keep away from it (personal reasons), so it is nice that you can alternate and use other options like almond, coconut, or cashew milk. I’m an almond milk lover so that i was i use. Using exactly 8 oz of milk will make the consistancy just right. Any more or less it just doesn’t look right haha.

flapJacked products are GMO-FREE which is why I purchased this product.

There are 500 million CFU’s of probiotics in the smoothie.

Whey protien in used in the smoothie.

If you have children that can also sip on this with ya just add 4 oz of milk to smaller portions!






I’m still not hip with all that is new to the world meaning I still have/use a magic bullet!

Does anyone else still use this? I love it and have had it for a very long time. Score!

Anyways, I gather up all my ingredients which include

1.) 1 ripe ass banana ( it helps to sweeten the smoothie )

2.) 8 oz Almond Milk

3.) flapJacked Protien Smoothie Power

I wouldn’t recommend putting ice with it because 1 its not that great for your digestion and 2 its not that great to put in your magic bullet if you have one! haha

That’s it! super easy and you can add other ingredients to it as well.

Some examples would be cinammon, spinach, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds.

I like to keep it pretty simple after a workout or even before a workout.
